Hillsboro - Mrs. Amanda Catherine Livengood, 78, died at her home east of Hillsboro Monday morning after a serious illness of two weeks.  However, Mrs. Livengood had been kept in her home for several months due to a broken hip, suffered last July 5. Mrs. Livengood was born and was married in the same house in which she died more than three quarters of a century following her birth.  She had resided in the same house throughout her entire life. The daughter of Jesse and Emma Ludlow Brant, Mrs. Livengood was born on the farm east of Hillsboro Sept 27, 1877, where she was married Aug 3, 1902, to Albert C. Livengood.  Mr. Livengood preceded her in death in 1953.  Mrs. Livengood held membership in the Good Will Spiritualist Church in Crawfordsville.  Funeral services will be held at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov 9 with Rev. Hedrick, pastor of the New Antioch Church of Mellott, as the officiatnig minister. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.
